Breakfast, 2 cups of tea, cornflakes (small portion) with milk.
Snack: a banana
Snack: an apple
Cheat: 35g sweets
Tea: 2 cups
Dinner: Chicken thing, chick peas, brocolli
Spoonful of mango sorbet (it was hot)

Not too bad! Feeling really fat, sadly.
