It means they are actually listening to what I have told them & giving me a taste of my own medicine e.g. I had my hair down for work (usually up) a learner pointed out that I ‘looked like I had been dragged out of a hedge backwards’ The week before we had been working on personal appearances & judging books by the covers etc.I’m lucky to be a part of someone who is making a difference to their world & journey towards independence
