Also, in Greek, the letter pi is pronounced “pee.” (Hee hee, I said pee!!!)

I noticed that my math professors have been pronouncing the Greek letter φ “fee” instead of “phi” (long i) and ξ (xi) “ksee” instead of “ksi” (long i). But they don’t pronounce π “pee”. Hmm.
