Astral Projection is something that’s had my interest and fascination since I was 14 and it’s something that I’ve wanted to learn to do since that age. I’ve tried a few times, but it’s hard to get my mind to quiet down and focus. I’m a flibbertigibbet. I’m always thinking of something. I actually have to sleep with the TV on or the radio. Some kind of noise for me to listen to so my mind will actually pay attention to that and shut up long enough for me to get to sleep.
