need the latest fix of lost 2 3 years ago

i have a mate upstairs who downloads the new lost episodes every week on a thursday from america the day after they are aired over there all for free. however now hes gone, i cant get hold of him and i dont know how he did it. plus if anyones in the same boat as me they now the last episode had such a killer twist( dont worry i wont give it away)please dear god someone tell me how to do it. ive tried everything i can think and its coming up to thrsday and im going out of my minf
