Do exercise
EXERCISE! 4 years ago

I need to start doing exercise. I fell awful. I dont have a bad shape but i think im losing the one I have.

I stopped eating junk food. I don’t even drink sodas anymore. I have 2 days aeting fruits, so i think it’s a good start.

I used to run to the beach but i don’t know what happen that i stoppped . Maybe next week. Im lazy, that’s the true!

But really i need exercise!!! It feels really good.

yeah you look kind of chubby in your photo just dont start living on fruit balance your diet and take 30 minutes cardiovascular exersize each day the weight will fall off!
