I’ve got my characters and bios about them, little things I want to include, small pieces of the plot, but NO PLOT! I have no idea what I really want it to be about. :( Help me come up with ideas.

It all comes out of the characters. What do your characters want? What gets in the way of them getting what they want? Or who? Put them into a situation where there is an obstacle to them getting their goals, where there must be a confrontation.
If you do not know what your characters want, try doing an “interview” with them and ask them the question. Write it all out, your questions, their answers.
Your plot might come out of that.
