Mark and I found this shop by the London Eye that was selling homemade waffles toped with soft serve ice cream and a choice of syrup! Mmmmm, it was expensive so we gladly shared one! YUM!!!

Waffles in Brussels

If you have chance, you have to try it in Brussels. I was recommended by my Londoner friends and it is amazing.

The best place to try it is Grand Place.

My husband and I will most likely pass through there when we backpack through Europe in a couple years. We just need to sort immigration out first.
