Bread

In my efforts to gain my target of a stone (I am currently 12 pounds underweight) I have decided to eat a lot of bread. 5 slices of tesco finest white load a day = 1100 calories. (230e).

This is as well as lunch and dinner, so my 5 slices have to be extra, but they can be part of breakfast. I was thinking 2 for breakfast, 1 as afternoon snack, and 2 after dinner. 1100 calories over 1500 or whatever lunch plus breakfast is, which would still be a lot more than usual.

The best part of this plan is that it will not rot my teeth (Like Fanta and Chocolate Plan) and 1 loaf (3 days worth) is 88p.

Will do this every day until I finish uni in 3 weeks. It might not make a difference, but it could be worth a try.

Hiya, are you trying to the same thing?

I haven’t been that strict with it, and I have found that they are less calories than I thought, though I am putting loads of butter and Jam on. I am still eating at least 4 slices a day, for a week now. I don’t think it’s made a difference yet, but I will keep trying for another 2 weeks.
