Journal regularly (read all 2 entries…)

I have been pretty okay about this, I’d like to do it more and at greater length, but I always feel like I don’t have the time to do it

Hot Toddie Schoonover ran 2468 miles in 2009, what will he run in 2010?

Keep At It

I’ve noticed that some days I don’t write much in my journal and other days the words just flow and flow. It took me a while to get used to doing it every day, but now when I do miss doing it one day I feel guilty about not having done it. It’s become a habit.

I’d suggest scheduling a set time every day to do it, sometime when you wouldn’t otherwise be doing something. I tend to do it in the evening before going to bed. Some of my friends prefer to do it first thing in the morning. Find a time that works for you, because it’s worth it.
