I want to make kind of an International Cookbook, but I want them to be really authentic. For example, when you go to a Chinese restaurant in the U.S., very seldom is it REALLY chinese food. They sort of “Americanize” it to fit with the culture in which it’s being sold. I want my recipes to be authentic! I think the best way of doing this would be to talk to all the people I know, who are natives from other parts of the world, and ask them if they can teach me to cook some stuff.
