Running, running, running. It’s fun and healthy. Hope I don’t wreck my knees.

unsolicitted advice for you about knees....

Have you been fitted for shoes at a Running Store? My knees felt totally wrecked, then I got the supportive-type shoes I needed and I’ve never had another problem. Just ask for an expert to fit you. When i went, she watched me walk, watched me run and really looked closely at my feet before watching me try out 4 different pairs she brought me. The shoes weren’t cheap but totally worth it. Good luck with your (painfree) running!!!

Thanks, it’s going fine. I just got shoes that felt most comfortable. We usually run on a springy track, so it should be fine.
