the bubble will burst and all rich people will leave their fancy-schmany houses …. and I CAN FINALLY BUY A HOUSE!
The average price is ridiciolous! 600,000 for three bedrooms (that are SMALL), one crappy bathroom, a SMALL backyard with no grass, and no garage…!
I am not going to live in outskirts of San Diego (No thanks to El Cajon, National City, Oceanside or Ramona!). I born and grew up in SAN DIEGO, and dammit I am gonna live and DIE in San Diego if it will break my piggy-bank!

Not all of the outskirts are bad...

Rancho San Diego is a great place to live…about 12 miles east of downtown. Traffic on 94 is tolerable and I’m not too far from the things I like to do. I’m a second generation native and I grew up in Clairemont, so trust me when I say the “outskirts” aren’t all that bad.
