How did your mental aerobics/meditation turn out for you?
Meditation has been an extremely positive experience for me. Initially it was difficult but with diligent practice and after a weekend meditation course, I was able to build a routine. Now I meditate regularly each morning and on weekends I meditate at least once for an hour. Overall I feel more focused, more relaxed and generally happier and healthier.
