I love to kick back at night and enjoy a glass of wine, but I have to be honest I either love it or hate it, I have no idea what pairs well with food or what the difference between a merlot or a shiraz is?
Any suggestions?
Go to as many tastings as you can afford and read as many books as you can on the subject. Start off with “Wine for Dummies” or “Complete Idiots Guide to Wine” or Karen McNeils “Wine Bible”.
