i am instead eating ::shudder:: milkshakes.
chocolate ones.
why?
don’t know.
Hi, Bookish
Maybe you could switch from chocolate milkshakes to fruit smoothies. They are easy to make at home with a blender. You can also make fruit milkshakes. Much better for you and yummy!

Maybe you didn’t buy any veggies or fruits, so you don’t have any on hand?
It happened that I made a big pot of curry tonight—not an authentic Indian one, but still yummy, grean beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, onions, spinach, peas. Slightly ironic, methinks. Wish you lived nearby so I could invite you over & share!
Trauma_Junkie is glad she no longer has a migraine
an interesting week as well, peanut butter and honey sandwiches.
BUt I am back on beets, and such today.
Best wishes bookish. Keep trying. adn of course my advice
Eat 1/2 a cup of beans, or an apple prior to the milkshake. Its not enough calories to worry about and then at least you;ve had one serving.
