I don’t have to really focus on this goal as my 19 month old nearly spends every waking moment sitting exploring books and asking “what’s this?”, regardless if she knows. Until you are nearly driven to distraction! I don’t usually get through the simple stories anymore though as she is less interested in the words/stories now and just enjoys exploring all the pictures and interacting together. Her Daddy finally had to hide the well worn Parents magazine that she became obsessive about and would constantly come up to him with the magazine and say “Up?” so she could sit in his lap turning pages together. I made him get it out though, it’s just too funny to resist!
