Before being felled by illness. Cold/flu like symptoms put me down for the last 4 days.

BUT, today I am going for a walk at least, maybe more.

I was making nice progress. As Arnold would say, “I’ll be back.”

I did go for a bit of a walk, but basically watched the CSI marathon on Spike TV. (This is only one of 3 shows I watch.)

Today, however, I got out of the heat, into the club and ran very slowly for 30 minutes on a treadmill.

for the treadmill.

My leg is still touch and go, and quite painful, but I started to use a more shuffling stride, and it seems to have helped. doing 11.3 min miles…awful.
