I brought a balance ball to work and inflated it. Now I can bounce at my desk which is really fun. It also feels really good. Definitely my butt won’t get sore and I’m sitting up straight :)

Yes, its supposed to be good for your back and knees. It takes a little while to get used to it. When you sit on the ball you sink into it a bit like a bean bag chair. Plus, you should be okay as long as you keep your feet on the ground. Maybe try it out on carpet first (I’m nt going to be doing any balancing tricks on the bare floor at work).
