David Sedaris is my God
<3 He is an inspiration for aspiring freaks like myself. His publications are witty (and the overly used adverb "hilarious") and are the first pieces that have actually made me laugh aloud.

I too love David Sedaris. His outlook is inspiring. He can make even the most dreary, horrible, and dull situations laughable. More people need a sense of humor like his.
not so difficult- and probably a let down
I felt the same way so I went out to meet him at a local book signing. Of course, 3000 other people wanted to meet him too. So it’s not like the poor guy could have dinner with all of us. So yeah, kinda neat to have him sign our book and chat for a minute, but I just didn’t get the feeling he was all that interested in us.
