do reasonably intense cardio-vascular work 3 to 5X a week (read all 7 entries…)
I'm back (I think)

Got out of the heat.

Did:

15 minute warm-up on treadmill to break a sweat.
30 “good” minutes on spin bike.
20 minute hill routine on treadmill.
5 minute walking cool-down.

Total: 70 minutes.

Not bad for an old guy recovering from a cold. Now let’s see if I can move tomorrow.
