do the mind-body challenge (read all 4 entries…)
I wasn`t really sure 2 years ago

if I should put this in the I`ve done this or I give up category. I wish there was an option inbetween!
So much has happened in my life lately, and I have not been able to have much focus on it. However, I have done some of the challenges. And some of the ones I didn`t do, I atleast read through, and I hope to get back to some of them. So I`m putting it in the I`ve done it category after all. And thanks for inviting me to the team, the ones I did I found really useful!

Hey,

don’t beat yourself up over this one. You did so well with the ones that you did do. It’s all about putting life into perspective sometimes, and hey, if you need more time to do some of them, then that is o.k. Really, I think if we are all honest, there were some days that we only found time to read the challenge, let alone think about doing it!! So again, well done, and whenever you get around to those other ones is just fine. Cheers:)

besides, i haven’t finished the challenge either … like you, a lot has been happening lately, and i do want to get back to this great six-week challenge!

Thanks for asking Zanna!

It`s been a cappy week. Things ahve been really difficult, and still are. But I do feel the situation has calmed down more now, so I have more time to think about things and make a decision. Or so I hope at least. And I`ve been feeling a bit better than I did last week, I`ve not been sick that much and the headaches are better, so that`s a good thing!

I am very interested with this mind-body challenge. Has anyone actually successfully done this? If there is anyone out there who can relate to my querry go ahead and write about it. I hope to hear from anyone.
