it may actually be closer to 20 at this point. trying to stay active and make healthier eating choices. down at least as size as well. go, me!

It’s been a while since I’ve logged on. I’m actually down about 43 pounds. Twenty or so to go. We shall see how I feel when I look in the mirror.

I desperately want to lose weight and get healthy. Have started controlling my diet and climbing 10 floors every day. WOuld intensify the work out routine. I keep dreaming of a slim figure but am not motivated enough. Am pretty disgusted with myself.
