my best friend has the same problem.
know they are warped and it isn’t you it is them and their problem. just remember to tell yourself that every time you hear their stupid comments replay in your head. remind yourself the comments are not true, are not valid and that the comments are just damaging evils that you don’t have to listen to anymore!
