I carry alot of anger deep inside me, and it comes out in sarcasm, and I withrdaw from the world. I want to be able to focus and be calm for at least 15 minutes to begin with. Been working at it everyday for two weeks. So far not doing a good job. My mind is so cluttered, I just can’t get the rooms to clean out.

dear arcad,
for the 15 minutes dont TRY to do something. Just close your eyes and try and observe your mind. dont either grab a feeling or push away a feeling. Just know that there is a feeling existing… say anger feeling, when you get it or remembers it while meditating just think that you have got an anger feeling, dont try to push it away, just be patient it will fade away. also just try to keep your focus to the saying “may all beings be happy and safe”. just keep thinking about this in your mind… let me know if you need help at ranil@emergetechnolgy.com
Keep trying and learning. Take several deep breaths before hand. Focus on your breath going in and out naturally and you will find yourself calming down.
