falling in love with your best friend

I am falling in love with my best guy friend and we just started going out but I am afraid of unrequited love and getting hurt. Has anybody experienced this problem/blessing?

I think I’m in the same sort of situation. Although, my best guy friend is going away for a long time and was so hurt from a relationship a while ago that he swore off dating for until he gets back. I won’t see him again for a couple years, so I do wonder if our relationship will ever be what it was. But, I’ll always keep him in my heart, and who knows if in two years he’ll feel the same. The fact you two have started to date is definitely a good sign. If he is truly your friend, he won’t trample all over your feelings. yep.
i really liek your advice 1013monkeybait but i also think that you shouldn’t be so afriad of love yes it is going to bite you in the but some days but if you think he likes you enugh than stop being so afriad
