the date that am going to the nutritionist again to get my wheight measured. i hope i ll lose another 3 kilos by then. mind you only 2 weeks left!!!
so here is the schedule till sunday
7/6 – Running plus pilates
8/6 – running plus chest and back
9/6- running plus biceps, triceps and shoulders
10/6 – jogging on the beach
11/6- bday day so no work
