Mozarella, Parmesan, Munster, Provelone, Brie, Swiss (several different types, like the kinds you use to make fondue, mmm!), Gorgonzola (yum!!!), goat cheese, bleu cheese, American… that’s 10. I know I’ve tried others, and I’d love to try some more French cheeses, can’t beat em!

If I were a mouse I could live forever on cheese. Since I am not add some bread, crackers and a great bottle of wine and I have a meal.

Sounds like a good meal to me! And you can eat all that and not have to worry about mouse traps; that seems like a pretty good deal :D

I even have pet peeves involving cheese…

1) Pimento cheese. Enough said. It’s gross to me. My Mom loves it and I can’t for the life of me comprehend why!

2) String cheese that doesn’t string. Drives me up the wall! Those people should go out of business for not making proper string cheese!

I absolutely love those cheese balls that have the nuts around them. Delicious! You and I were definitely mice in a past life, lol!
