End Mindless Eating.
Actually, that’s an easy one for me. I enjoy my food, most of the time. I just have to not allow myself to become so enthralled in a task I forget to eat and then devour my food because I feel like I’m starving.

Mindless eating...mindful eating.

I’ve been trying to restrict my eating so that it is my only activity at the time…no reading, no computer, no driving, just eating. I eat and procrastinate less.

I'm doing that, too

Meal time: no TV, just conversation if we are together. But sometimes, when I’m alone, I cheat.
