Wanted to quit during and after the first year but listened and responded to advice from my parents to stick with it. Switched major more than once. Had to learn how to work harder and smarter. Also needed to dump some bad habits that subtracted from study time.

Was completely on my own to fund it; felt like I treated the responsibility seriously. Would change a few of my jobs and money-making activities if I had to do it over again but no regrets and hindsight is always 20/20.
