Go to the gym daily

When you’re stuck indoors a lot behind a computer, it’s vital to schedule 1-2 hrs a day for exercise. However in New England, the weather is quite manic depressive so you never know when the sky will fall next. Therefore, one must suck it up and join a gym, engaging in various exercises with complete sweaty strangers to accomplish one common goal: optimal health. Although I must admit, I can’t stand the ‘gym’ scene, I am pleased with my results – stronger, less stressed, happier, and overall emotional well-being.
