Sometimes it feels like it will never happen 3 years ago

How can I even plan a camping trip when he won’t even talk to me? Yeah, being alone in the wilderness with him as things are now would be a real treat. Maybe I should just go by myself with the Dog? There is a whole summer ahead of us… he won’t hate me forever. And if he does… well then, I guess I will have plenty of reason to retreat to the wilderness for a weekend or two.

you should take a trip without him if he is being a grump! It has helped me in the past. Anyway, of couse, camping together is so much more fun!
