learned that when you have a enormous fear, then every other dare seems so simple, it is amazing how my 1 fear gives me the confidence to overcome all the others…I am learning each day to befriend this SJS..
it is said , that when you stop fighting with the enemy and befriend it, the two of you combined end up conquering that which is so much stronger than each of you…

I think that this is quite true

When you make friends with your fear(s) instead of pushing them aside or wishing them away or pretending you don’t have them… you literally “fear less.”
