We planted several saplings from an Arbor Day ‘10 tree kit’ – some of them seem to be doing rather well. The best is the lilac bush (not technically a tree, but come on ;) Soon we will be planting an evergreen in our front yard, so this goal can consider itself done!

Our yard is already looking so much better because of all of the greenery we’ve introduced, planting a tree is so worth doing.
