Runny Eggs: Sunny side up with grits, in an eggcup with pieces of toast to dip in and soft poached ones in a caesar salad.
Cheeses: Soft and mould ripened cheeses that I have been trying to avoid. Fetta in Greek salad, blue vein in a salad with walnuts and pears, a cheese platter instead of dessert, at the David Jones cheese bar with a selection of breads.
Creme brulee: It’s my favourite dessrt and I can’t wait to once again crack the top like Amelie. (I have been avoiding this incase the egg isn’t proprly cooked.)
Sushi: Pieces of salmon and tuna sushimi with wasabi or wrappped up as a nori roll.
