At least I'm sort of eating better.

My strength training habit has been haphazard at best but I feel like I’m eating better. While I did have a piece of coffee cake this morning I also had the equivalent of two servings of fruit (strawberries). I brought an apple for a snack. I’m craving chocolate but so far I’ve resisted. I’m good at rationalizing – chocolate is high in magnesium so it’s good for me on some level, right? LOL!

If you want to eat chocolate, eat CoCoVia brand bar. THey are dark chocolate, and proven to help lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and stress. I ate one of these everyday for a week, and I continued to lose weight.
