Black walls are nearly impossible to change back to normal walls—it was fun for a few months but it got old so I decided to repaint.Four coats later and the black is still coming through.
Comments:
i would suggest wallpapering instead (especially as its bk in fashion!!) or use lining paper then paint over that. gd luck!!
