I’m sure sleeping too much is a symptom of my depression. Or maybe just another side-effect of the things causing my depression.
I guess I went to bed after 4 a.m. this morning and then got up around 2 p.m. I thought I was doing better, but no, that doesn’t sound so good.
If there were always something to look forward to, I would make sure to get out of bed as soon as the alarm clock goes off.
