since i originally wrote this post… i’ve been back to poland twice. i love it there… although my command of the Polish language has not improved at all…
Polish TV
I found you by doing a google search for “conversational polish”. So were you raised speaking Polish? I want to learn Polish for other reasons…Are there Polish TV channels to watch?
raised polish... yes
yes, all my relatives on my mom’s side spoke polish and i was raised with polish traditions, etc… but being a petulant child i apparently refused to learn polish when i was young… so, needless to say, i’m rusty.
but i’ve gone the formal route of lessons and then trying to speak more with my mom as well as i get good practice in while i’m in poland with my relatives.
i don’t know where you live… but in vancouver, occasionally on one channel you can get some Polish tv shows.
don’t know if that helps.
