Tonight, I went out and took a huge walk! I walked for about 2 hours at a pretty quick speed with upbeat music. It was FUN!! I’ve never looked so crazy though (ok yes I have) and my dog is now laying on the ground exhausted!
It felt great!
Now gotta keep it up at least a whole month to really be sure that this goal has been acheived…
