You’re right, happiness is a wonderful thing. I wish that I could live my whole life in bliss, but then again every bit of pain, every second of sadness makes the happy moments so much better. Some may degrade happiness to pleasure neurons acting to help preserve our race or something equally stupid, but I hate when people try to strip something of its true essence. Happiness is truly a driving force behind people, it helps bring about all change in this world. In addition to motivating us, it just feels so good. What is life without happiness? The everyday toil of the world seems almost pointless until one looks closer and sees the moments of bliss that these people live for, the sheer joy that motivates them. I try my best to always be happy, because not only is it the best way to live life, it is the only way.
