I don’t know how to find people who have never been cheered. Maybe this is not a useful goal.

Look Under Zeitgeist -
I think it shows new members there – people who have just joined are probably unlikely to have been cheered and they would probably love to start getting cheers from day one.

Your question provoked my inner tech writer...
And krissness beat me to it (obviously, but only by about six months…)
Zeitgeist – http://www.43things.com/zeitgeist/people it is!
Just click there – I gave you the precise link.
But let me add, it is a laudable thing to do – I was a newbie here, not so long ago, and I’ll admit that these trends in rating and commenting on other people’s blogs, and things, and goals, and secrets, and whatever the heck all has me salivating like one of Pavlov’s dogs. It’s pathetic, really, if you think about it.
No, seriously, it’s just nice to be welcomed – cheered – when you start posting bits of yourself to a new community of strangers, and find them quickly becoming friendly acquaintances instead of strangers. Maybe one day, a few will become friends.
Well, I consider
some of the 43 People I chat with friends already.

That's great!
I consider some of my “online friends” (those I haven’t even met face to face) to be my BEST friends. Some of them I’ve known almost twenty years, now, believe it or not. And many of them, I’ve known for twelve years or more.
Douglas has gotten 1 cheer on this entry.
