My digicam up and died just this week, actually more of went totally insane. It would change settings automatically while in use, so I would get night mode, or close up mode while shooting landscape. Guess its time to buy a new one.
What brand & model is a good buy? The superslim cameras are really nice, but am a bit worried if there are sacrifices to overall performance.
Thinking of getting something along the lines of a Canon PowerShot A700.

When choosing a Digital Camera, you want to first seek with well-known, popular, big-named, companies. Especially for technical stuff.
