Well this entry is from a long time ago, but just in case you didn’t do it yet, all you have to do is put cooked garbanzo beans, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, tahini and salt in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.You can add any other thing you think will be good like spices or whatever.
