I’ve been free since 06/10/06. After the first day, I could breathe easier, and I feel great. It’s hard, but it’s worth doing. I suggest to get some kind of help. I used Commit lozenges. Also, take it one day at a time. One hour at a time if you have too. Just tell yourself “I won’t have a cigarette this hour, but maybe next” then just repeat that every hour.
It's not easy, but it's worth it.
