Find a cure for aids
The same 4 years ago

I know that this is the same as putting an end to AIDS, but still. I’m still mad that more people want to go on a holiday than find a cure for AIDS.

Life. Live.

I don’t think you’d meet many people that don’t want to find a cure for AIDS, or HIV… or malaria, or every cancer and cruel disorder there is.

It all takes an unimaginable, crazy amount of money, keen visionary scientists, and years and years to achieve even if we knew exactly how it could be done.

I say give to research when you can, but have a life. Even scientists need holidays to spend with their family and friends, or what do they have to live for?

US Patent # 5,676,977

There is a cure , they are just lying to you about it. I am a long time researcher , I discovered Boyd Graves and his work and he found this patent , wish I could take credit , but cant. This is an ACTUAL Patent as you will see from the URL -

http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/PTO/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=5676977.PN.&OS=PN/5676977&RS=PN/5676977

if it doesnt link it will cut and paste nicely . Email me with any questions.

Oh yeah pass it on …

I don't have the skill set to find the cure ....

But I sure hope someone does … I think when you figure out how to cure AIDS it will unlock the door to dealing with a bunch of viral infections that plague man …

"Make our money back"?

Is pretty strange, when much of the time the research has been publically conducted and financed.

So it’s really just “reap the rewards”. And that really blows.

Take obesity. Any idiot with minimal business experience knows root-cause analysis. But if billions are spent on medical “cures” for obesity, any MBA will tell you the last thing you want to do is that which would be best for society as a whole – identify and tackle the root cause of obesity. That would kill your market, and what you want is more revenue, means more patients, means more obese people.

The “cures” cannot help when the primarly goal is shareholder value.

Half-cocked?!

No, no at all! It’s actually the points you make so well that set me off on whatever train of thought – perhaps my cynicism is the only difference. I’m more inclined to look for the bad behind statements than the good!

You’re right in that the EU has a more social base, or at least the individual countries involved in the EU have (had…?). I also agree that in twenty years we’re going to blow past the US, but I think it will be in the downward direction!

In Europe the papers call Wim Duisenberg “the father of the euro”. He was head of the european central bank, and the newspapers portray the Euro as a financial too, sharing the same currency will ease trade, and bring prosperity for all. However, the actual “father of the euro” was an American, Robert Mundell, and the intention of the euro is far more political. It’s nothing to do with having one currency, it’s to do with taking the control of money out of the hands of the people (and individual governments) and purely controlled by the EU. With no power to adjust fiscal policy, the only means governments have to affect their economy is to make it more attractive to incoming investment – lower taxes, longer working hours, more pliant and flexible workforce, lower environmental regulations – you know the sort of thing. So we end up with a European-wide “race to the bottom”, every country fighting each other to be cheapest.

As you say, so far we’re doing okay thanks to strong resistance to the european constitution from the French and Dutch, resistance from dock-workers and the like, but it’s almost inevitable that the EU will end up controlled by a central bank and everything and everyone being pawns for wealth creation of the bank. Just like the US.

Thanks for the comments, and sorry for the long post!

Do it with a Focus

Hi Your intent is very nice, but what really is required is creating more awareness.

Try doing something like a Kiosk on AIDS and its prevention at a place you work or study and see the difference you’ll make.

You might be alone when you start, but will have a gang when done.

ALL THE BEST.
