Charles Starrett Practicing smiling more often
I’ve discovered that language (particularly building vocabulary) is not one of my talents, but I found Korean to be no more difficult to learn than French. (I am a native English speaker.)
The Korean phonetic alphabet (hangul) is a big help in learning. (Hangul was created expressly to increase literacy so it’s a very logical and regular writing system.) Most of all, the language is a lot of fun. As with any language, it’s easiest to learn in the Mother Country, but if you can’t go there, try to find some native speakers who are willing to help.
Oh, learning Korean is also a great excuse for watching Korean dramas! ;-)
