It’s been 1 week on my goal to gain 7-8 pounds in 30 days. We finally bought some food for the house and I plan on eating plenty of food and taking 5 glasses of my whey 100% protien and some creatine a day, along with attending the gym. Time to get serious and start putting on some more mass!
