OK FINALLY, maybe a start...

...being a “digital pack rat” I didn’t have room for the typing ap I bought months ago,(Typing Instructor Deluxe). Fortunately I found that with the latest update to Mozilla Thunderbird I could free up a lot of space on my hard-drive by deleting attachments from stored emails. (This installation of the latest version of Thunderbird is something else I highly recommend.) I’ve also got my cast-off split-keyboard fixed up and a typing-we-will go eh? (Now I’ve got to overcome years of my “advanced hunt and peck” method. Ugh.)

Split-keyboards

I don’t know how people use them. I type with 8 fingers most of the time and occasionally my pinkies will make their way to the appropriate keys, but whenever I sit at a colleague’s desk who has one of those things, it is as if I’ve never seen a keyboard before. My fingers freak out. Congrats to you if you not only master typing put on a torture device like that!
