dance in the middle of stonehenge
Summer Solstice 3 years ago

Last year I happened to be in Bath, England when I met a group of people from various countries. They reminded me it was Summer Solstice and invited me to accompany them to Stonehenge. It was one of the best decisions I made during my month-long stay in England. We walked out to the Stones. There was a full moon over the fields and we made our way to the center of the stones and stayed there, dancing, for the most part, until dawn. Then my new friends, who were musicians, began playing music while a crowd gathered around. We wound up going to another Stone site but most of us were too exhausted by that time to really enjoy it. After sleeping, the following day, we got to know each other better and I discovered I had made some beautiful new friends.
